A peek behind the curtain: Nuggets’ Nikola Jokic through the eyes of his teammates

Published Fri, 21 Feb 2025 14:57:35 GMT

Nothing with Nikola Jokic is ever contrived. Not his palpable disappointment that Thursday’s championship parade delayed his return home to Serbia, nor his raw honesty about where basketball fits into his life.“I think it’s not the most important thing in the world still,” Jokic said shortly after guiding the Nuggets to their first championship Monday night. “There is a bunch of things that I like, that I like to do. It must be thrown out if conservatives ever want to be successful in this state again.Overall the Western Conservative Summit featured quality speakers including two 2024 presidential hopefuls, representatives from noteworthy national conservative organizations, and three of Colorado’s representatives in Congress. Had I been there, I would have enjoyed hearing Seth D...
